FLYERMAN begins as a character study of an eccentric man who passes out flyers for a living and becomes an intense five year journey of self-discovery and the search for fame.
Told in the first person without narration, the film relies on the brutal honesty of its subject and style to provide a naked, unflinching account of Mark's attempts to prove himself to his conservative father. Mark's quest for stardom and acceptance becomes an unpredictable adventure taking us to a variety of countries around the world. But at its core is an intimate portrait of unrelenting human spirit.
